Jorge H. Cooper is a Partner with Dynargie, a Swiss-based, international consulting firm that has been providing excellent training services and solutions for clients since 1982. Dynargie has offices in Africa and in many European countries.
Jorge is a communication specialist who has 15 years of training experience.  Jorge lives in Prague and has been working in the Czech Republic and Central & Eastern Europe since 2002.  He is a native of Houston, Texas in the United States. His career includes experiences as a sales manager, consultant, recruiter, call center training manager, customer service trainer, and curriculum developer. Jorge has an educational background in organizational communication and journalism.
International projects are Jorge’s specialty. He has enjoyed training managers from 64 countries.  Those projects have included training programs in many industries such as telecommuications, internet, call centers, the IT sector, oil and gas, manufacturing, advertising, consumer goods, and consulting.

Jorge has conducted seminars and workshops in Management Techniques, Principles of Communication, Presentation Skills, Customer Service Skills, Key Account Management, Intercultural Communication, Motivating Teams, Coaching For Success, Leadership Skills, Conflict Management, How To Treat Clients, Stress Management, Anticipatory and Adaptive Management, and Effective Sales and Closing Techniques.  

In 2005-2009, Jorge had the unique and exciting experience of training in Asia. He conducted a High Potentials program in India and China for young managers invited from all over the world. The program included modules in Management, Situational Leadership and Internal Negotiation.
In November 2006, Jorge spoke in front of the American Chamber of Commerce in Prague. He conducted an interesting seminar on Motivating Teams. He is also certified in MBTI.
